Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tallahassee

Eating is excellent, but the management closes the dining room too early. I was at 7:45 on Friday, 10-14-22, and it was only to go, and the load was not until 10:00. the line was long, and all mud cans were removed and moved to the back. because the staff had not allowed to sit inside and outside and have no seats left the people without ordering.

This place is really downhill with regard to service. small portions. I do not trust to order online from this place because I am always torn away. this last visit they gave me a portion guac. when I demanded more, a woman slapped me and pretended to fill her. I am very disappointed about their service and think that business has to do something about it. oh, and they did not give me my reception.

I do love Chipotle, but this one is beyond. One experience I had was as I was ordering, the girl making my bowl proceeded to rake the fallen food off of the counter and throw it back into the food to be served. I was appalled and she didn't seem to care that I called her out on it. I went yesterday and they were out of avocado's, veggies, black beans and sweet tea. The sweet tea seems to be all the time. And if you question the staff about anything, there is always an attitude that comes with an explanation. And they are getting skimpy on their portions.

Tldr: Awful experience at Appalachee location. Mold all over drink machines. Out of everything but still charged full price. Came an hour before closing and they were just about out of everything. Disappointing but somewhat understandable that a restaurant could have a busy day and run out of stuff. The problem was that there were no veggies of any kind. Only green option was guacamole, which is an extra charge. Considering that I would ordinarily load my bowl down with lettuce, pico, onions peppers at no extra cost, the guacamole should have been a free substitute for all of these items. Nope. Paid nearly $30 for two bowls (one of which was only rice and meat), some chips, and a fountain drink. When I got to the drink machines they were covered in mold and yeast colonies. Absolutely disgusting and honestly ruined my appetite. Everything about the place is run down and nasty.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. First off the staff here are Rude. Secondly every time I go here there's never any toppings they're always out of something, I'm beginning to think they don't care because it's the Southside of town because I've repeatedly complained. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING THIS LOCATION you won't get your monies worth.
