Contribuiți la feedbackHere is my take, although after a call to the restaurant they made a wrong order right. That is never the point in my opinion. If a person orders a few items and the items are not what you ask for, there needs to be a way to correct the situation there not after a phone call. Maybe repeat the order and make it clear of the PRICE bc most will order the SAME meals each visit BUT never get a price and just tap their card assuming the price is what they are normally charged. It's frustrating when you don't get the price from the attendee and find out it's higher than your normal visit. Finding out at home that the order was not correct and having to call up bc the price was 5.00 more than normal. Again, they did indeed make it all good but it should never come to that point. When you usually pay 17.00 and you're charge 23.00 it's a concern. Even after asking the person who brought it out to you says, maybe prices went up. I like Chick-fil-A over all other chicken places. Why I keep coming back.

I always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-a with their friendly staff and quick service. When I went yesterday (02/24) I particularly enjoyed chitchatting with Campbell, who took the extra time to make conversation with me in the drive-thru. She has amazing customer service skills and a great attitude!
How on earth do you forget the chicken on a chicken sandwich? Unreasonably poor experience from what is otherwise a good chain.
Customer service is great I am definitely gonna come back again. Food was great and hot. Fries were delicious.
