Jack's - Talladega

Mostly a great experience here. I like to treat people how I want to be treated and don't complain, but there's a lady who bothers me. Maybe she doesn't like me for some reason. At any rate, she takes my order and says very little, not thank or ask if I need something else like the other workers. This time she took my order and went, but as another lady, perhaps the manager, came into the register and saw me standing alone in the lobby and asked if she could take my order, the other lady rushed and got me one of the sandwiches that were already prepared. Nevertheless, she did not ask if I needed mustard or jelly as others do, even if they are not the ones to take my order.

Very disappointing woman placed an online order went to pick it up got house, which is 5 min over town Biscuits, where cold our burgers, where cold ..didn?t our any of our fries have no sauces for our chicken, which was in a chicken type family meal as well... we had no plastic utensils or sauces tried to call the restaurant to let them know that we lacked that we part of our order from our order of course do not go back to the city so that I

The last couple of times I was through the drive thru, was put by one of the most friendly guys ever on the cap, It is almost frightening to meet more friendly service. People look like your dam luck in his gifts since the plague hit. Maybe I am, who knows? That said, I'm just looking forward to seeing at least one facility in the city trying to make you feel welcome there. My hat to the guy, he needs an increase!

Best custome service EVER!! My husband wanted a pork chop biscuit and of course the breakfast hours had ended but they made him his biscuit anyway!! Thank you Jacks!! ?

Completely disappointed. I got the steakhouse patty melt no mushrooms. Hubs got the come back patty melt . Only thing they both had on it was the same orange sauce. I was told mine would have A1 but no. Ours looked exactly the same only difference mine had MUSHROOMS ON IT. fries were still raw. And the place wasn't even busy
