Saffron Authentic Indian Cuisine Restaurant

This restaurant is stunning! The food is incredibly delicious, the menu options are varied, the interior design is interesting, and the prices are affordable. Even though we don't live nearby, we make sure to visit this restaurant every time we are in the area. I highly recommend it!

I recently visited an Indian restaurant with a chic atmosphere that exuded minimalism. The decor was simple, with white smooth walls and white tablecloths, complemented by carefully chosen glassware and dishes. The service was impeccable. The menu, curated by Chef Vijendra Singh Mertia, provided detailed descriptions of the daily specials, which included vegan curries, fish, chicken, and lamb dishes. They also offered a good selection of traditional desserts. Despite its slightly off-the-beaten-path location in Panjim, it is worth taking a taxi to dine here.
