Worst hotel in talegaon Instead of staying in it stay on the road The staff lacks experience hospitality . They only care about the money and not the service . Very bad experience Don't ever visit this shittttt

The service experience is very Bad. A very short time spent here for food. But staff was busy to attend

This is the worst hotel stay I had in a very long time. The property is huge though not maintained well at all and turning into ruins quickly. Maybe it used to be grand once upon a time but no more. There are mosquitoes and sparrows everywhere in the property. To their credit and my solace, no mosquitoes were in the room which atleast made the sleep comfortable which was the most essential thing. The restuarant is literally infested with mosquitoes and it is impossible to sit there and dine without jumping all over. Someone in all his wisdom has spent tons of ugly money on the huge property and huge restaurant with a huge glass door but forgot to make a back door to insulate the AC restaurant from the garden (lol). The AC restaurant is hence an open invitation to flies and moquitoes to dine on guests once the evening sets in. The staff there is untrained and the property is a classic meme factory. The waiters were more interested in watching the death over of IPL cricket than listening to my orders (cause of course cricket is priority). When they got the food, they could not even see where am I sitting as his eyes was glued on the screen, I almost giggled I think. I had to guide his tray towards me I think. The senior waiter forgot what I ordered and mixed up my order (I was the only chap in the restaurant). The girl waiter serving breakfast was the scary one. Anything you ask and she would say no. I asked can I get a take away coffee, and she said no have it here, not allowed to take it anywhere else. I told her I am not a coffee stealer. Finally the floor manager came to my rescue after sometime. There were many other meme stories but maybe for laters. I would not want to visit this property again unless for some good laughs.

The area is quite big gives positive vibes too. A good place to visit. Their service is amazing
