La Locanda Dell'ambra - TALAMELLO

La Locanda dell’Ambra is not easy to find but is is a must if you want to enjoy a wonderful evening in an enchanting historical building which has been lovingly transformed into a beautiful restaurant. This restaurant oozes with charm and ambiance and the food is exquisite. While the menu offers many traditional dishes, there are also many innovative variations to tempt gourmet palates. However, I would really recommend the €25 set menu. This is a banquet with 2 entrees, 3 pasta dishes, 3 meat dishes, vegetables potatoes, dessert... all accompanied by water and sangiovese wine. There is also a vegetarian version for those who don’t eat meat. Excellent.

Wonderful food in wonderful environment. Seasonal products, especially truffles, if available, make the trip worthwhile.

We had the € 25 tasting menu. The amount was too much but the taste was realy great. At the beginning of the evening we got a lot of attention. Later when it was bussy this was quite less. Nevertheless this is my Italian dream. The people are nice and true. The food is prepared with love and passion. This you can taste. The food was absolutly fabulous. Worth much more than the price. If it was up to me I had dinner there every evening. And okay, the staff is a bit too bussy. But all for bringing a excelent meal with a hart for no. money at all.

By now we are accustomed to this fantastic restaurant where the great food and sublime service make it a master. Sofia, daniela, maurizio and orgen are the perfect mix of professionalism that make a simple dinner unique. fixed stage at least 1 time per month! Strange-conscious. 10

Located at talamello surrounded by greenery there is this lovely inn. from the appetizer to the dessert you eat divinely well. friendly and friendly staff. excellent price quality ratio. I recommend absolutely to all
