Captain Pepper - Talahiban

When I first saw the name of the restaurant, I thought they would offer traditional fried chicken or ribs. To my surprise, the menu revealed a modern twist on Asian cuisine. I decided to try the Pork Chop Bento Box, and I was impressed by how filling it was. The dish consisted of a breaded lean pork chop, stir-fried vegetables as well as flavorful tofu. The spicy condiment served alongside complemented the meal perfectly. I am excited to explore the other items on the menu during my next visit.
