Contribuiți la feedbackThis restaurant has been a long-standing fixture in Takoma Park and I have visited it several times over the years. Overall, it is very good but there are some inconsistencies. The pizzas can vary in doneness, with mine being underdone, but the flavor was still very good. The service was friendlier than expected, especially during a busy Sunday street festival. Our server took great care of us while managing a busy crowd.
I recently dined at this restaurant and the food was incredibly delicious. I started with the fresh green beans and grape tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette, which was full of flavor. For my main course, I went with the pizza which was equally fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming, with great music and friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of delicious food.
Great pizza for a fancy night of take-out. Pizzas are a little pricier than others in the area and on the small side, but the flavors and ingredients are well worth it. The staff was very helpful for take-out and the website guided me through the process easily. I look forward to dining in next time I head through Takoma.
Service was friendly, fast, and food was good. I took my Roscoe Pizza to go, it was late, and I just wanted to go home and enjoy. I sat outside as I waited, and outside of a mosquito annoying me, it was a nice night and the seating was cool. People inside and out seemed to be enjoying themselves and that made the wait even more comfortable. Takoma Park is a nice area too, so that helped. Overall, it was exactly what I wanted and I would go back.
This place is hit or miss depending on who is in the kitchen. I've had great food especially pizza but the rest of the menu frequently struggles to keep up. Caprese salad tomatoes were unremarkable at best and served with large basil leaves that are hard to cut into edible portions with provided butter knife. Bean salad served underdressed with large chunks of red onion instead of minced or julienned giving the impression of eating beans from a can with sub sandwich
