Big main course plus a yong and talented chef! The pork and fish dish is very tasty and creative. I would say it is a wonderful interpretation of the aboriginal cuisine without losing its taste and history (and not to imagination)

Authentic Taiwanese tribal cuisine magically speculative way, creative and delicious. The organic rawness of the ingredients was mixed with a splash of finessse was such a brilliant way to express this rare found cuisine in the eastern side of Taiwan.
