With seasonal vegetables and seasonal vegetables set, set! it's such a warm restaurant that staff are very nice to answer my questions too!
The omelette with radish unexpectedly tasted very good, and the atmosphere was nice.
Located on Hengyang Road near the National Taiwan University Hospital MRT Station, Eats Greens is a vegetarian restaurant that offers dishes suitable for those on a five garlic, vegan, or lacto-ovo vegetarian diet. They use organic vegetables from small farms to create delicious rice, noodles, and desserts. The Red Jade Vermicelli Hotpot (five garlic) features tofu balls that are chewy and full of texture, mixed with various vegetables that are crisp, juicy, and refreshing. The broth is rich and flavorful, with the oil tofu absorbing the broth and adding a fragrant touch. The rice is cooked perfectly, with each grain being chewy and the shiitake mushroom soup being naturally sweet and not greasy. The Walnut Cashew Bread is made from dozens of ingredients such as walnuts and cashews, with no added dairy or eggs, resulting in a fluffy, solid, and soft bread that is full of aroma. The Pumpkin Soy Milk is rich, creamy, smooth, and delightful, offering a healthy, delicious, and nutritious option.
The food at this restaurant is incredible. The atmosphere is lovely. The portion sizes are generous and everything is delicious. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
