Gān Pái Shāo Wèi Tái Wān Kam's Roast Taiwan

The famous michelin star roast meat! crispy and delicate roast pork and roasted duck! highly recommended! beautiful atmosphere. arrived on the Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, was not too full. managed to get a place in less than 5 minutes. more reasonable price considering that it is michelin star!

The brittle wine and duck are excellent. this is a Michelin star restaurant for many consecutive years. in any case recommended.

A pity that they don't have the roasted geese, which they are famous in hk. the wanted nudel is quite authentic.

Had it in hk and really liked the goose meat. Unfortunately, there is no goose meat here, so the duck ordered instead. the gut was tender, good taste, a little greasy as expected. but quite expensive at $630. the miraculous noodle suppe $170 was a mix, good noodles, suppen base ok, but sommes were overcooked, fell apart, disappointing. gurken and daily suppe was good. overall not as good as hk.

As others mentioned, extremely disappointing BBQ meats. Duck was the most disappointing. First if all, Meats were all cold. The only reason for the 2 star is their Chinese soup and soup noodle was actually good.
