Another hidden treasure: when we ordered our main course, they surprised us with a starter and dessert, giving us a more satisfying meal than we had anticipated. A friendly waitress was able to explain the menu in English.

This is a lovely restaurant that is a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. The regular menu does not have an English translation, however, the waitress kindly showed us the English version on her phone and was very helpful. You can also request for certain ingredients, like milk, to be left out of your dish.

The vegetarian restaurant has a modern feel, but the flavors weren't to my liking. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was cute. They also provide complimentary mini dishes and drinks.

Came across this in Happy Cow not far from Confucius Temple. It’s situated very close to Reindeer Restaurant which is marked on google maps. Menu is in Chinese but staff will help to translate. You get many different side dishes with main meal. Highly recommended.
