I really enjoyed the combination of affordable prices and high quality of the food at this restaurant!

I used to find the Cart Noodles shop to be quite dirty, so I would quickly finish my meal and leave, or sometimes just order takeout. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and stylishness of the vegetarian Cart Noodles shop in Taiwan now. I found myself wanting to spend more time there. You first need to grab a basket to select your veggies, which are incredibly fresh and give off a market-like shopping experience (which I enjoyed). After choosing your veggies, noodles, and toppings, you bring them to the checkout where someone will cook them for you. There are so many options to choose from that you may end up with a huge bowl (as I did), but I didn't mind at all. I visited in April 2019.

I really enjoyed this restaurant, similar to Vege Creek or Vegine. There were a lot of great options to choose from. Everything on the menu is vegan, except for one sauce that contains milk.

Usually the cart noodles shop feels dirty. I'll just finish it and go or just order a take away. I really did not expect the vegetarian cart noodles shop in taiwan to be so clean and stylish now. they will always want to spend more time there ~ you must first take the basket to buy veggie. the sweet is very fresh, they have a feeling like shopping in a market (I like this ordering process,) and then they take the selected vegetables, noodles and ingredients to the cash, then it will be someone who will help them cook! there is a lot of ingredients to choose. if they are not careful, their bowl will be super big (they can see mine). but I enjoy it! visit date: 2019-04
