We ordered 2 croissants and four coffees, one of those coffees was to be made with oat milk . When we went to collect our order , we asked the gentleman “which one is the oat milk”? To which he replied “none of them!!” We said “we had asked one to be made with it “ his reply was “where does it say that ?” we replied “on the docket.” Won’t be in a hurry to go back there

Busy time to order however I received my meal promptly despite many orders ahead of mine. Super yummy fresh food. Wonderful service from front counter and the young man with the topknot stands out as a brilliant, smart worker. Only disappointing thing was the lady with purple hair being too bossy and rude towards him, when he was working like a trooper. This could've been an opportunity for her to praise him and encourage. Hopefully this is not regular behaviour from the lady. Vegetarian options: Delicious roast vegetables salad

Staff give you a number to take to your table. Then they scream your order out loud and do not deliver to your table. Then they give you a decafe instead of your coffee order. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Will not go here again. Go to the coffee cart. Exceptional service Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
