After researching and visiting some restaurants in the Fartura region, my daughter and her fiancé decided to have their wedding lunch at Quintal do haras. The Haras offers an excellent space and the professionals who helped to schedule the lunch conveyed confidence. It was agreed that all guests would pay for their lunch, so together with the Haras an optional menu was created, which had good value for all the dishes on this optional menu, the guest could also request the Haras menu if they so desired. . This UNIQUE moment started well, a lot of emotion with the religious ceremony. Guests, parents and bride and groom went to the Haras to continue this UNIQUE moment. This moment changed, due to the disorganization of Haras employees, as that is what we witnessed and there was no other explanation from Haras, so that was our conclusion. Some guests requested the Haras menu but it was denied, from the first dish served to the last there was a gap of 3 hours, half of the guests were waiting for their dishes and nothing, they stopped bringing the dishes, a waiter did not assist the guests when ordering drinks , showing a lot of arrogance, a child cried because he was hungry, the last dish served (the simplest) was mashed potatoes with grilled chicken, we couldn't understand the difficulty...The bride and groom decided to take orders to serve the guests and only one of the The waitresses had empathy and decided to help, she wrote down again the commands and orders that were missing, the worst part was that when the guests went to pay there was an increase in the price. The minimum was an explanation for all this but there was none. This UNIQUE moment was ruined by disorganization, lack of professionalism and empathy.
