New Standard Tandoori - Tadley

Amazing curry, away from the opposite and still the 30 minutes to this curry place. find no other than good!

I've been a regular customer of New Standard Tandoori since I moved from London 13 years ago, and the food is absolutely delicious. My partner DJ and I love curries, so we've tried many tandoori places across Great Britain, but honestly, the dragon paneer from NST is my all-time favorite (thanks for that, by the way)! The food is wonderfully authentic, and it's a lovely family-run business. I will always recommend it!

I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps and placed an order through Just Eat (I'll get it right next time!). The lamb in the keema aloo chana was a bit scarce, comprising about 25% of the dish, as it contained a lot of potatoes. The aloo gobi also leaned heavily towards potatoes, with about three-quarters of it made up of them instead of cauliflower. It was somewhat soggy due to the oil, but the overall eating experience was quite good. The flavors were there, the meat quality was solid, portion sizes were perfect, and the prices were reasonable. Picking up the order for New Year's Eve was a breeze, thanks to a friendly staff member. We’ll definitely return to try more items from the menu. Happy New Year!

This was my second time ordering, and it was a perfect 10/10 both times. The food was amazing and it arrived on time through the online portal. Keep up the great food and service!
