The Melting Pot Tacoma

We were a group of and had a one burner table. Staff said that was just how it was done. We got two cheeses and had to have them one at a time due to that one burner at the table detail. Meat for people had to be cooked in one pot. Dessert was chocolate served tepid and watery. Service was

Very good. We would prefer if you got the brown sweet bread (or even wheat) back.Also the variety on the desert fondue dish used to be a little better.

Waiter was so slow, not attentive, super awkward, and a little weird ha. Food was poor compared to many previous experiences (we come a year). Cheese wasn’t fully melted, chocolate was mixed wrong, etc. our worst experience in a long time here. Not sure if management changed or something but for I expected better.

Was seated right away after arriving (maybe minutes) minutes before reservation time. My server Grace was wonderfully great. She checked on me on how everything was going. Now I did go on a Monday. The food was spectacular as always.

The service was incredibly slow. We didn’t get our drinks until after we had already finished the first course. There were very long pauses between courses and the staff seem more focused on cleaning. Definitely not what I expected for nearly per person.
