Subway - Tacoma

I had forgotten my recent coupons for 3 sandwiches for $20. I asked if they had any there that I could use...and she said no. So I ended up having to pay full price for the three sandwiches. It was WAY TO EXPENSIVE. I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and for some on the side...didn't get either. My husband has the meatball...and it was dry. My son has turkey...it was ok. Only he was only able to eat half of it because per usual there was a homeless young man outside of the store. Using the window as a way to see himself while brushing his hair. When I went in to get a few napkins...as we didn't get even one with our food. I said hello to the guy and he said hello back. He didn't as for anything. Didn't try to get money from me. He was very pleasant. And I was worried he might be hungry. So my son gave him half of his lunch. And I was very proud of him. Oh...and the restaurant area was full of remodeling supplies making it awkward to eat there. We are in the car instead.Vegetarian options: There is one veggie sandwich offered.

Just another case of poor customer service (surprise).. employee face down didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I ended up going to next door to the Teriyaki restaurant, surprisingly, a human was there to help. If don’t need a job, then don’t show up, but if you do, at least try your best.

Worst customer service, guy was slow and did not care to help. So we just ended up

Owner was extremely rude and wouldn't admit he made a mistake. He double charged me for a sandwich I didn't even order! I'll never go back there again!

See the open Signs on so pull up at 11:30 at night and they are not open, employe wave me away and I tell them they should turn off the open Signs if they are not open and it was declined. Literally would have kept on driving if they were not advertising that they are open.
