Contribuiți la feedback715 reservation, were not til 745. it took an hour to get food. steak was like a piece of shoe leather, they forgot the lobster, skalopps were boiled over. no visit from the manager, nothing compliments. the waitress was also frustrated.
Everything would have been 5 stars, but from the beginning as my mother and a $2,000 watch for my partner along with cake, balloon and flowers. the “manager” was perhaps very inconspicuous and judicious, but still overcome that she may not have a good first of her days. I have given them special instructions about what I had happened to the things I had left. eating was amazing hands on the cook, drinks were excellent hands on the bartender. our server was in tune and when it came to the end of our meal, as I mentioned in the restaurant why we were there! there were three or four other birthdays, the birthday cakes got and sang. once I saw nothing coming to us. I had to track our waitress to ask if she would do the things I asked the manager? She seemed to be confused and didn't even know what I was talking about. once I realized that she didn't even know it was missing a $2000 watch. I started too sweet! She finally came with the worst expression in her face! as if she didn't even want to do it! we had to sing. this whole experience could have turned completely if it was not only for two people! cheers
The whole evening was great. I was greeted immediately when entering the restaurant. I got options to wait or sit my gast. every worker I met was pleasant, committed and informative. the food was amazing and the waiter did not come to us to order or go when we were eaten! he was very pleasant and interested in our experience.
The ambiente is always beautiful in this restaurant. relaxed atmosphere and dress code with decent food and one of the best views in all tacoma.
I've been going to Stanley Seaforts since the 80's and even worked there in high school. Unfortunately last night was a disapointment. The service was slow even though there were many open tables and plenty of staff. The food wasn't up to the quality it once was. The meat was overcooked, the salmon was just okay and who serves radishes as a side vegetable?? They were rock hard and had no flavor. I know food costs have increased, but maybe just go with carrots or something a bit more familiar and tasty. They've also changed the receipe on their fococcia bread and it's nowhere near as good as it once was. Just isn't the same anymore.
