Spanky Burger Brew - Tacoma

Just doing take out right now (April 2024). We ordered and then took a walk while we waited our 25-30 minute wait time. When we returned our food was ready and still very hot- perfect timing! We ate on the steps of the pancake house out front. No public restroom at this time. We opted for the sidewinder fries and they were delicious. Very large portions, so leftovers all around. I didn’t love the sparky sauce, but really enjoyed the rest of the ingredients in the double cheeseburger and my partner loved their pulled pork. Would recommend and will return. Parking: Limited parking is available in the lot

Love the place only been there twice and they made me feel like a regular on my first and 2nd time there lol

Burger patty is paper thin and extremely dry. Anybody that knows how to cook knows that you don't smash a burger on a grill because it makes it dry and not good.

Absolutely love this place. Unfortunately I decided to do a buffalo chicken sandwich the other night. Won't do that again. Stuck with the burgers.
