Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Tacoma

Filthy. All tables completely dirty. I'll never be back. We just left... the place was just too rough.

At this time my assessment for this place is low I know that the place has difficulty getting workers in. the food was lukewarm when it served me...

We were in Tacoma on Steele Street. We like to start with the shortie stack of onion rings (6) of them. You're the best we tried. My husband had the whisky BBQ Burger and I had the Guacamolburger with extra guacamole. The burgers are so big that I couldn't finish the last few bites. If you want a good Hamburg red Robin, the place is to go. All burgers come with unlimited frits. Our server James was very friendly. Sweet tea is also perfect there. We tried this place again today. They offered us in the bar area with shorter waiting time. I did not ask for extra guacamole and you could not say that there was on the burger, so I asked about one side of it, but had waited until the attention of our server, Kathleen. When we checked out on the kiosk, he couldn't print the entire entrance. After Kathleen finally got the attention to ask for a copy of the receipt and go a cup for my tea, it took several times and about 15 minutes to get the reception and cup. We feel that the bill was paid and the top added to the service was no longer a priority. We never come back to this place. We will take the ride to Puyallup where the service was great.

I tried ordering online for the first time today. The website was well put together and easy to navigate. I ordered two salads. I requested extra cucumbers, tomatoes, and grilled mushrooms. On my salad I requested crispy chicken instead of grilled. Pros: Great pickup. Parking spots were clearly marked and a friendly worker with colorful hair answered the phone and brought the meal to the car. Serving size was great. Lots of fresh salad. All of the extra requested veggies. Nice to go containers. Cons: I never received a confirmation email for the order. Navigating the parking lot this time of year. It was busier than an ant hill in an earthquake. The mushrooms were not grilled and there was no chicken on my salad. There was a fee for adding grilled mushrooms and substituting grilled chicken for crispy. Takeaway: The service industry workers are probably busy and overworked. The meal was still good, and they still deserved the tip I gave them, even for a pickup. My day was not ruined by not having chicken, I will just double check my order before driving away next time. I advice the same for you. (Please tip your hardworking food service workers)
