Panera Bread - Tacoma

Mr. Tim made our dinner a fantastic experience. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent recommendations of delicious dishes, as well as a fantastic dessert. Not to mention the free cookies, served with a sweet smile and exceptional service. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I was very impressed by the delivery service provided by this restaurant today! I had an old Panera gift card that I decided to use for a sandwich delivery, and I was not disappointed. The chicken salad sandwich was huge and came with free chips, while the Broccoli cheese soup was amazing. They even included free bread! Despite the Doordash fees, I felt that the prices were fair considering the quality and freshness of the food. They accommodated my special request for the sandwich, which was greatly appreciated. The delivery was on time and the overall experience was fantastic. This type of meal delivery is perfect for hectic days. I highly recommend their great food and service.

Panera, located near the highway and in the mall, offers convenient access for drivers. I enjoy the outdoor seating with table screens and awnings for weather protection. It's a great spot for a quick rest stop when traffic is light. The interior is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating for small or large groups. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptional, accommodating a picky eater and a complicated order with grace and understanding. They definitely deserve an extra star! I highly recommend this place. The food was delicious, especially the bagels.

Wonderful people work here. Management is about cleaning tables and dealing with every customer. The employees treat everyone who goes into dignity and respect. All walks of life are welcome here! The food was good. We ordered half a tuna sandwich and half a chipotle chicken avocado melt that both came with a bag of chips. Absolutely no complaints and I recommend this location for friends and family.

Shout out to my favorite Panera! : I didn’t realize what time it was and placed an order right before close. I didn’t make it in time but thankfully, I called the next day and explained what happened and got a fresh meal. Bless the Panera gods
