Panera Bread - Tacoma

I love rl meat sandwich and the drinks are delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is very good.

Took my son in to grab breakfast this morning and was pleased with the young man who took our order. But have been fully disappointed with the man that makes the food. Everytime we go in to this location it's that same guy preparing our food and has the worst attitude and I know he deliberately makes our food the way he does. I spent almost $30 on breakfast and the sandwiches were so empty. It broke my heart because I pretty much made my son order there AGAIN even though he knew it was going to be disappointing and could of had a choice elsewhere. I mean I'm very upset andfind it not fair that I had to pay so much money on 2 half sandwiches that had nothing on them. I had the green goddess caprese with a small thin slice of tomato and the green leaf ,no cheese and some sauce and that was it. My son's Ciabatta egg, cheese, and bacon was so dry and extremely thin almost empty with a small piece of bacon. My sandwich could of been the best sandwich I had in a long time if it actually had what was supposed to be in it. Panera if this is how u make your food then just stop because that's very unfair but I honestly believe it's the man that makes the food doing it.

We ordered the bacon, egg and cheese and the asiago sausage breakfast sandwiches both were edible.

I got half a salad and half sandwich at 10am. The chicken in my salad was icy frozen. Sandwich was great.

Customer service was phenomenal! Food tasted spectacular, the whole team was just so welcoming. Shoutout to Matthew, he’s had the best customer service I’ve had in a while. My family and I dined in and we saw him working extremely hard. Definitely a great employee! 10/10 WILL be back.
