The menu is amazing, although the specials often take us new and interesting adventures. In addition to great food and wonderful service, the ambiance at Marzano's is one of a kind- in house is such a romantic old-world setting, but if weather permits eating on the patio is perfection!
I love Marzano's! I love the decor and the employees and the food. It's all exceptional. The only issue I have is the noise level, but that can't be helped in a popular small restaurant. Can't wait to eat alfresco when the warm weather finally arrives!
The ambiance was cozy, even though our table was next to the kitchen, which allowed us to visit privately without other diners next to us. The Bruschetta was delicious, as were our dinners of Lasagna Bolognese and Cacio E Pepe. The desserts (Creme Brulee and Rose Cheescake) were masterfully done, delicate and very tasty. The service, as always, was excellent with minimal interruptions. We always look forward to a dining experience at Marzano's.
Not gonna lie here but the cost of Restaurant meals are outrageous and if you are going to splurge then you want the food and service to be TOP quality and that is what you get from Marzano's! You will not be disappointed. As a bonus you are not charged for Bread or your salad which although simple, a bed of greens, the dressing makes you want to lick the plate. Pay special attention to the specials, if you hear one makes your mouth water, GET IT!
Our 40th anniversary dinner at Mariano was, in a word, spectacular! The space is small and intimate. The team had a lovely anniversary card for us. The wait staff was the best balance between attentive and sensitive about leaving us alone. And oh, the food! Every bite was a celebration! We started with marvelous meatballs, which isn't an appetizer, but a side dish, but of course they made it an appetizer for us! Next, we had the clams and mussels in an intensely flavorful broth with crusty bread. Our mains were the house lasagna (a perennial favorite) and the short rib (exquisite, fall off the bone). A bottle of Italian red washed it all down. Dessert was a lemony, creamy concoction with fresh cherries on top. Wow! Yes, we were stuffed; yes, we took at least half of it home for today's dinner; yes, we'll be back soon.
