My cake was not what I ordered they thought doing what they liked for something I paid for was acceptable. Their cakes as advertised might be very pretty but I expected mine to be what I ordered. When I mentioned to them and showed them the picture of MY cake verses what I was given their excuse was that they had told me it could not made the way I ordered which was not true no one asked me nor notified me of any changes. Plus the cake was very dry I had to throw away most of the cake, I never thought I would rate this business this bad but like the owner said every one has different tastes and opinions but I paid pretty good money for something that is in the trash. Will never buy here!!

No displayed pricing, crappy customer service which made us walk away. We asked for the menu with pricing and he said, What do you want? I can tell you all the prices. That shows lack of transparency which I 'm not down with

My cake was beautiful and was so delicious! All around amazing business and would highly recommend

My significant other ordered me a tres leches cake from here on Thursday for my birthday today. It's so good I'm so happy this is where my cake was ordered we will definitely be ordering from here again

I needed a custom cake for my Dad's 90th Birthday. The problem was in trying to organize a family reunion, I forgot to order the cake! When I called several other bakeries they wanted 2 weeks in advance. Luckily J Louis Cakes came through for me and made a wonderful cake in time for the Reunion.
