Burger King - Tacoma

I had the worst experience ever at a Burger King. I waited 30 minutes for my order, and the employees seemed incompetent and uninterested in their work. It made no sense to give me my ice cream first and then make me wait so long—by the time I got my food, all that was left was just cream in the cone. Plus, why don't they have a proper to-go cup for ice cream? I had to hold it with one hand while driving, which is really difficult with the kind of car I have. Overall, I would rate the food a 2.

They were doing their best while short staffed. The wait is the longest at 20 but everything was fine, well and correct and was delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was quite good, and the staff were friendly. However, the wait time for fast food is ridiculous. I ordered takeout for dinner, and it cost around $10–20 per person. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 1. I recommend trying the Chicken Nuggets.

Fiona at the front is amazing at her job—she’s incredibly kind and puts in a tremendous amount of effort. I was surprised to learn that she was managing the front all by herself. It's impressive how she juggles so much on her own; she certainly deserves a raise, especially if she’s making minimum wage.
