Contribuiți la feedbackThe shift lead tonight needs to learn customer service. Her attitude and vibe is way off. I know damn well the Gm at this location does not allow this behavior. He needs to retrain or hire new Manager except 2 I have delt with. But Geez she needs to check her attitude .
Lukewarm food, third of our order was missing, probably won't be back....
Ordered fish sandwich and it was delicious. The service was fast and polite. 4
The food was great my only issue is one of the employees was rude and disrespectful towards me and my mom it was hurtful we didn't even finish ordering because we didn't want to be talk to in that manner.
Love the rootbeer floats and shakes but that all I would get anymore. Their staff not professional they are just there. Lobby not very clean. No impressed at all. A&W needs to start over again and have great food, staff, and cleanliness.
