I usually would give this Shakey's in Robinson's a 4-star rating, but I can't do that this time. We visit here regularly, and I had high hopes today. There was a sticker on the table asking if they "WOWed" us, but unfortunately, they fell short. First, they didn't have the burger I wanted. Then, they didn't have the wings I was craving. To top it off, my wife finished her meal before I even received my SMALL pizza. And to make matters worse, they were experiencing computer issues, so I had to take my pizza to go. My wife said her carbonara tasted like it was a day old and she couldn't finish it. We will give this place another chance, hoping that today's experience was just a rare off day for Shakey's.

The food and pizza are quite good, especially the crust. The service is also solid; they might make a few minor mistakes here and there, but overall it's a great experience. I dined in for dinner and would rate the food and service both as a 5, with the atmosphere being a 4.

If you're hungry, I recommend avoiding this restaurant. The food takes over 15 minutes to be served. I suggest looking for another place to eat. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Lunch.
