I appreciate that you remove reviews that you do not like. The location is terrible, with flies on everything, unfriendly staff, and incompetent in making basic items.

There is no urinal in the men's restroom, which is quite disappointing and unacceptable.

You think with a order a cup would be free? NOPE 10 CENTS FOR A cup of ice. But that depends on who takes your order. Cheap crooks. Not to mention all the flies everywhere... very dirty restaurant

Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru and received the wrong order. I had to come back from work to get it replaced. The girl at the window, Rekha, was very kind and swapped out my order without any issues. She also apologized for the mistake.

This is the first time that i had really bad experience in Tim Hortons what happened that at 10:55 am I ordered M steave tea , everything went well but when i asked for the sleave for my hot tea this cashier rajveer quote” do u need anything else in such a bad attitude and you can’t stay there not even to putt on the sleeve for my hot tea she was rushing me to move from the drive thru even tho there was no car behind and she complained about the time that they have to make order fast first off as a customer I don’t need to know Tim Hortons business and don’t blame on quick 30 sec task on tim hortons policy and sometimes drinks are cold n hot am i not able to get a sleeve sometimes people forget to ask sleeves on the speaker am i not allow to request a sleeves in the drive through Also I remember she is the same girl that been making sandwiches while scrolling her phone i asked the on duty cashier that could u pls ask her to change the gloves while making by order she was mad about it why? Because of lack of hygiene responsibilities???? Or i Think today she thought that she will picked on me for that and bully me in front of there co workers I doubt that she was mistaken i just wanted to say that in this food industry we gotta take care most about others health , generous and thoughtful about others that what would you do of u were on my spot Thankyou
