The owner of this establishment exhibits passive aggressive behavior and is unwelcoming to new customers. If you are unfamiliar with their menu and need assistance in making a selection, you are left to fend for yourself without any guidance or recommendations. Despite being focused on making a profit, the owner conveys an attitude as if they are doing you a favor. Although their operating hours are listed as 9 am to 6 pm, do not expect to receive service if you arrive close to closing time, even a few minutes before. The owner's demeanor is consistently rude and lacks patience when dealing with new customers. While I have visited this place with a friend who knew what to order, my solo experience left me feeling incompetent and disrespected. I will not be returning.Cost $14.50 $20.50 a bowl

I was referred to this place that is an hour away from my house. I traveled to this establishment which is not in the most desirable area because the bowl I tasted from my friend was good. The young guy at the counter literally interrupted me several times as I tried to describe the bowl my friend had bought me. I left out of frustration and went to the car to order my food over the phone. The lady I spoke with was very nice and told me to come back to pick up my food. I went back in and waited 15 more minutes for my bowl. I would never return because of the customer service which is sad because the bowls are good. Judging from the other comments I doubt this establishment will change their behavior since it seems to come from the top but maybe if business slows down they 'll take a long look at themselves and change their attitude. I came in on 3/26 around 2PM and they mentioned that there would be a 15 minute way, which is not long at all but apparently some people had been waiting longer and people that walked in and ordered last was getting the items before the people that had already been waiting. They explained that there are multiple orders and that there are also Uber Eats orders being made. One younger girl with glasses and a ponytail who is a cashier started yelling saying we don’t have to explain anything. I asked her why would she yell that out and she said because she’s tired of explaining it everyday. She was very rude, therefore, I asked for a refund and she handed me cash out the drawer and didn’t seem to care
