Pinxinmaeki - Sysmae

The service was swift and the burgers were delivered to our table before we could say 'blueberrypie '. The burgers and the accompanying coleslaw were excellent. Too bad it was raining so cannot really comment the view over the lake.

We were having family lunch at Pinxinmaki. Lunch was good and the grand children enjoyed the area where it was a lot to see and play. The lunch was good and the salmon tasted to all of us. The rye bread of Sysma was an exellent addition to the meal.

You can access the restaurant without having to pay for the exhibition ticket. Our burgers were good and the staff friendly. The restaurant is on a small hill with a nice view to the lake. Our burgers were good, you can decide to eat indoors or on the sizeable outdoors area. You order pay at the counter. Additionally there is a lakeside sauna that you can rent and on occasion horses for riding as well!

This restaurant would be a good candidate for a show like Hell's Kitchen. The service varied from non-existent to bad. Food was mostly mediocre but still two dishes were so badly cooked we had to send them back to the kitchen. You have to pay beforehand here, so they offered a cup (just one for one person) of coffee to compensate. The coffee was bitter. If you can, just go somewhere else. Really.

We had lunch at this lovely place. The quality of the food was very good. Decent traditional home-style food. The service was friendly. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace with lake-view. There is a very nice hiking area close by. So, this place is the perfect starting or ending point of a hiking tour.
