Wendy's - Syracuse

The strawberry salad was the worst I've ever had. It seemed like they took a basic chicken salad and just added a few strawberries to it.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the poor service. The employee at the drive-thru attempted to shortchange me by giving me the wrong receipt and incorrect change.

The restaurant was extremely busy, with both a drive-thru and an indoor dining area. I waited for over ten minutes in line, with many people ahead of me and more behind me. While I was waiting, two DoorDash orders arrived, and even though I had already paid, my order was pushed to the back of the line. I had ordered a Frosty. When I voiced my complaint, the staff member tossed my receipt away but did eventually fulfill my order. They printed a new receipt, and I asked them to follow up on my complaint. I'm still waiting for a response!

20 minutes from the time of ordering to pick up the door and get out. I hope that was a personal problem. that's not a fast food.

For fast food it was good. We had a really good person who cashed us out and the when I opened my sandwich it was wrapped very neat and not just slapped together like at other restaurants.
