The Pizza Factory - Syracuse

We recently placed a pickup order for two pizzas. The girl working at the drive-thru pickup window was fantastic - very friendly and hardworking. That's all.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I placed my order online without any issues, picked up the pizzas, and headed home only to realize I was missing them.

Their red pfefferflakes are sharp at this joint! it was fantastic. we ordered the trip out and I didn't go in to get the food. it would have been nice.

My family dined at this restaurant because we all have varied tastes. We were pleased to find options for everyone, including children's meals, pasta, pizza/calzones, and salads. The standout item for us was the rolls, which were longer than our children's arms! We topped off our meal with delicious Italian soda, making it a fantastic place for dinner!
