Contribuiți la feedbackI had the amazing winter calale salad, and my wife had the sweet sassy beyond burger. we were both very happy with our meals!
We have not made it to "the end" of our lists at strong hearts. we have not removed from our favorite first selection either. this is consistently delicious and always meets the brand!
Everything looked so delicious, it was hard to decide. so many different "milk" shakes to choose. various sandwiches and sides! beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. the service was fast!
We stayed here on both directions of a road trip between il and me in October 2022. at our first visit we have the sweet sassy molassy (amazing! and the Thai tofu salad (fantastic! and unforgettable. on the return we had the texas tofu (delicious! and the chicken bacon ranch (also fantastic). at the first visit we ordered online during the journey to the city and the food was ready when we arrived. at the second visit we went in and ordered us at the counter. the personal was helpful and very well informed about ingredients in every article. it was busy, but the service was fast. I had gone to college in syrakus in the late 90s and I wish this restaurant existed at that time! the sweet sassy molassy sandwich was especially great. the Thai tofu salad was exceptional. great side and excellent value!
I left a comment on Instagram asking if/when they would bring their full breakfast menu back since they took it away ever since they moved locations and instead of any typed response, they deleted my comment off Instagram, deleted their post boasting about bringing vegan food to Syracuse, and blocked my account.. The hypocrisy is astounding considering that all their shakes used to be named after political influencers who went against the grain throughout history. If you don’t know about the old location, ignorance is bliss, however the owners have since lost their original vision and are now just money hungry capitalists who pretend to care about the community. The food is okay, but I can’t support a company that actively tries to silence their customers instead of just talking to them like the human beings they are. It’s unfortunate that they limit their own potential by not communicating with the community that they boast about providing for. It’s also worth mentioning that they took out almost 400K in PPP loans which they then used to open up a new location in Buffalo instead of making their first location better (could’ve brought back the full breakfast menu) and taking better care of their staff.
