Soup R Salads - Syracuse

I was truly impressed by how friendly the staff was—super helpful! The food was excellent during both of my visits. It was occasionally a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still absolutely delicious! I've found my new go-to lunch spot! Everything is made fresh!

I absolutely adore Soup R Salads! It has the friendliest deli atmosphere I've ever experienced. Even if the people weren't so wonderful, the food would still win me over—it's just that good. Everything they prepare is delicious! The clam chowder is the best I've ever tasted, and the tomato soup, wedding soup, and coconut shrimp are to die for! Don't even get me started on the chicken and biscuits, southwest chicken salad, and meatball sub. I haven't seen the dill chicken salad in a while, but I hope it makes a comeback (just a hint!). Even the egg salad is better than what I can make—seriously, it’s phenomenal! Cher is incredible, and her staff is just as wonderful. I love this place and have never been disappointed!

I've visited this restaurant twice a week, and my absolute favorite dish is the mushroom soup. The buffalo chicken slider was also delicious, as were the chicken Caesar salad and the turkey sandwich! The ingredients are incredibly fresh. Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful, including the carrot cupcake with cream cheese frosting.

My favorite place to eat at for lunch. Soups are always amazing and everything else is delicious as well!
