Contribuiți la feedbackAs I was leaving, I witnessed the owner mistreating some of the staff, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that working in a restaurant can be stressful, but it was uncomfortable as a customer to witness. Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try once, just so you can say you've been there, but I would not go back.
We had a wonderful experience here. we started with the meat soup and the French thorn soup. it's one of the best French wobbles we've ever had. then we followed with the NY strip and the filet mignon. they were cooked to perfection. our server was amazing. we would definitely return.
If the outback steakhouse were, it would probably be 5 stars. but it is not, it is considered a high-end steak house, so it must be judged as such. I ordered the medium rare ribeye with a side of Spargel and Hollandaise sauce. the steak came out slightly more mediocre than mediocre rarely. not something that I would expect from a device that specializes in steaks. it had a good taste, but I had much better of places like morton. the Hollandaise sauce was a little gummy for my taste. I guess it was a long time. on a good note, the oysters they receive are very good quality. overall it was good eating, but was not really worth the price at this visit.
Eating is best to be so expensive. every time I get the experience, it's very exhausting. I've never been awake. they do not care about customers. the spinach and crab spring rollers were disgusting and oily. somehow one took a small bite and did not touch them. the whole waitress said it was aw that I was sorry and still charged the full price. I would just go here if this was my last resort and any other steakhouse is booked in the city.
This restaurant was extremely unprofessional. My party and I ordered the lobster mac and cheese and the salmon, but found both dishes to be distasteful and undercooked. We asked for the dishes to be taken back, and I wanted to order a New York Strip steak instead of the salmon. However, the waitress sent a bartender to collect the food, who returned in tears saying she couldn't take the food back and would be fired if we refused to pay, threatening to call the police. We asked to speak to the owner and head chef, but the hostess, Michelle, lied and said the owner had left and wouldn't reveal the head chef's whereabouts. Eventually, we found the owner at the bar who claimed to know nothing about the situation and directed us back to the hostess. She told us we shouldn't have ordered the food if we didn't like it, even though we had only taken two bites. We pointed out that we couldn't know we didn't like it without trying it, but they pretended not to remember the threat of calling the police. The waitress, Darrien, then joined the conversation and made rude and aggressive comments towards us. When they brought the food back, they had removed half of the salmon. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We had a bill of $1,000 and they only offered to take off $100. The quality of the food did not match the high prices.
