Terrrrrrrible food! Everything! Mac n cheese was like a clump of play doh with just a layer of cheese only on the bottom and none on the rest. Hard peas in the mac salad. Dry chicken. Not sure what they use for the heat for the jerk chicken, but it was definitely not jerk. Whatever it was was on all the food-it all tasted the same-even the cabbage, etc, and way too hot. That was some artificial heat they just poured on everything.

I was surprised how nice the service was. It was so quick and efficient you'll want to go back, for that fact alone. . . .

The food was tasty and the staff was very friendly. I ordered coffee and was given coffee with a lot of milk and sugar, which I didn't order. I asked for the black coffee I ordered and was given instant coffee.The atmosphere was very loud music videos, which didn't cover the loud chirping from the smoke detectors with weak batteries.Overall, it was an okay experience, but not one I would recommend.

Moved from Jacksonville, FL a couple of years ago and would eat Jamaican food weekly so I was looking forward to Jamaica Cuse. 2 visits over the past 6 months. The first time the rice and peas were very flavorful while the jerk chicken was lacking in flavor and spices. 2nd time (today) the rice and peas were very bland. The Empanadas are very good. Both times I have went I did not feel very welcomed. I will go again because it is convenient and the Empanadas were good. A hello or smile goes a long way. Looking forward to trying the chicken soup.
