Golden Corral Buffet Grill - Syracuse

The food was delicious, and for a good price of 4 people. I recommend if you are looking for a good price worthy buffet.

This is probably the best Golden Corral I have been to. Such a great staff, starting with Naliyah and her happy greeting and conversation while we ordered. Heather was our server and she was so nice and friendly. This location will definitely be a must stop every time we come through Syracuse.

There was a gentleman who came by every ten minutes or so to check on us. He inquired about how we liked the steak, helped clear some tables, and asked if we needed anything else. I asked him if he was the manager, and he confirmed that he was. As someone who has experience in customer service, I truly recognized the exceptional level of service we received. It's clear that hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, especially from the woman in green and the children. They really made our experience special!

I especially appreciate that they serve steak during dinner service, and you can have it cooked to your liking, which my parents love. Every time we visit, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. It really feels like the people who work here enjoy their jobs—they're always pleasant and laid back, which is amazing. My family and I love buffets, and Golden Corral has always been a tradition for us when we go to North Carolina, so having it closer to home is great. Since Ponderosa closed down nearby, we were in need of a buffet option that could compete with the local Chinese buffet, which just doesn’t cut it alone. I often crave a good Western-style buffet, and Golden Corral fits the bill perfectly. Overall, it's a fantastic addition to our community!

I wanted to indulge in meat, potatoes, mac and cheese, and dessert for my birthday. Three out of the four dishes were quite good. The restaurant was very clean, and the plates were cleared promptly. Our drinks were refilled without us having to ask, which was a nice touch. I will definitely be visiting again.
