Domino's Pizza - Syracuse

My recent experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a large pizza on a busy Friday night and was told it would take about an hour. However, an hour and a half later, the app still showed no update and I was still charged. Upon arrival at the restaurant, I found only 3 employees working with multiple suppliers and 8 customers waiting. When I inquired about my order, I was told they were busy and it would be ready soon, despite one employee eating in the kitchen. Another employee complained about a low tip for a delivery, which was unprofessional. The total wait time for my pizza was 2 hours. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment and hope that management reevaluates their operations.

I have to give credit to the staff at this restaurant! Despite being short-staffed, they worked tirelessly to fulfill order after order. They definitely deserve some appreciation. Oh, and my BBQ chicken pizza was excellent!

This restaurant is awful! I really hope they don't always serve food like this. The garlic knots were doughy and greasy. My wife and child looked like they had been sitting out since last night. I will not waste my money here again. Fantastic!

This dominos has a great pizza, but its underpass is the fact that they do not have a delivery driver in the rule, so do not count on them having a driver available. the staff are always friendly and very welcoming, so it is worth loading in their invite for picking up board.

This location EXTREMELY cheap with the toppings. Ordered extra bacon and mushrooms, and this is what I got. I will not be giving them repeat business. The missing slices didn’t look much better. Disappointed.
