A 5 star rating is simply inadequate for this remarkable gem in downtown Syracuse. The food is simply incredible- traditional dishes with a creative twist that are absolutely delightful. The ambiance is trendy yet warm and inviting. And the servers are top notch. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

From homemade focaccia bread to pasta made in the house. everything was fresh, unique and delicious. we had to start the meatballs, pfefferoni and margherita pizza. everything extraordinary. the pumpkin filled pasta was excellent. two of us had the chicken ridges that both loved and the main steak for 2 was medium-sized rare and melted in our mouth. our server, I wish we remembered his name (he had a child living in maine), was human, friendly and knowing about eating. he spoke very much about the owners and how everything is freshly made. he was attentive and great. we sat on the time that food came out in time and it was really to die. it was for my mother's birthday and it made her day so special.

Fabulous meal from start to finish! Loved the atmosphere, but the food and drinks were the stars! The charcuterie board was a big hit, the beet and ginger margarita was so good, the ribeye special was extraordinary!! We’ll definitely be back!

I had the pappardelle, Caesar salad, and shared the calamari with my boyfriend. It was good. My boyfriend got the steak with twice fried potatoes. The steak was decent, but the potatoes were definitely over cooked. I get they were fried twice but these were mostly just hard and crispy. There was almost no potato left inside. He’s too nice to send anything back, but I 100% would have asked for something else if that were part of my meal. The place itself was really nice inside. The ambiance was calm, the noise was low, and everything was clean. We went early, at 5pm. I’m not sure how different things would be at the dinner rush. This was a great time to go because it was very slow still. Even though it was super slow, service took a while. I worked in restaurants for years and I kind of get it… sometimes when it’s slow you tend to get a little distracted. When it’s busy, you get into a rhythm. Even for a distracted mindset, it was slow. Our waitress was good, but we needed things sometimes and she was nowhere to be seen. We wanted to leave and it a while to find her to get the check. Overall it was good, but I’m not sure between the service and food it deserves the high rating it has online. I enjoyed it, but the rating I saw online made me expect a little bit more. Not sure I’d go back again.
