Few teething problems but staff were excellent food was good breakfast especially bit out of the way but peaceful

Very much enjoyed our couple of nights here. The room was very clean. The bed comfy. The water was hot.An excellent location if wanting to be close to the river

A very disappointing weekend stay.*paid for 2 garden view rooms- one overlooked wasteland apparently a (meadow view room? this information is nowhere on website, no other room available. would give us a free drink to compensate- no thankyou, its a mockery. Confirmation email stated both garden view rooms and together.*rooms to be together no* no towels- had to collect some from reception room really needs updating and repairs completed* room not tidied- bed not made, tea coffee not replenished, we were told they are short staffed, plus beds are not made every day?.*water pressure in sink poor and unable to regulate shower temperature.Have no idea why prices of rooms are so high. what exactly are we paying for?room was not what we asked for.still have to pay same pricemeals/drinks overpriced.However, garden nice and sunroom had comfy furniture.

Care and attention to detain from staff excellent throughout. Room lovely and clear. Will stay again.

A bit tired, needs quite a bit of tlc. Great staff.
