Are you carrying the cheese Danish that Brishke's used to offer? Back in the 1990s, they had the best filling—it had a slightly gritty texture. I believe they were sourced from somewhere like Dearborn or Detroit. Eventually, the filling changed to a creamier version. I'm really hoping you have the original recipe. By the way, I stopped by today, Saturday at 1:50 PM on January 14, 2023, but I noticed you were closed.

Ordered donut cake tasted greatDisappointed in the cake decorations...or more lack there of

Their yeast dough is excellent, very tender and their oil is always fresh. Their doughnuts are rich, but never too heavy.I just whish their apple fritters had more apple chunks, as well as their pecan rolls having more pecans. Both are scant on a good day, unfortunately. Excellent royal icing and Bavarian cream, both seen to be made in house.Their other sweet breads look excellent but haven't tried they, yet!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I ordered some cookies for the tball team that I coach and they are absolutely adorable and delicious! Their customer service is unbeatable and I will definitely be turning into a repeat customer! Thank you to everyone at Main Street Sweets for being so incredible!
