Tim Hortons - Sylvania Twp

Went to this location on 2/12/24 7:30 to get a couple decaf coffee and a couple sandwiches along with some donuts that they may have had left over. I started my order with the coffee and was told they are out of decaffeinated coffee. I said so you won't have any at 4am either? They said yes they just don't have any made and more less are not going to make any. I told them I was told they are full service until they close and they said they weren't. There was no one in the drive thru they usually are slow so that's why I was giving them business but evidently they don't want business so they can pay employees to stand around and do nothing but waste company time. Definitely not going there again. Now I know why they close early and I think they will be the next one on the chopping block for losing money and customers. Its okay McDonald's and speedway always have coffee.

This particular Tim Hortons has the best service! Every morning g of the week I start my morning at this location! Great Coffee! I recommend the Dark Roast!

Why is there a big sign that says open 24 hours if it's not open 24 hours? I pulled into the drive through at 10PM on Sat, Jan 6th... all lights were on inside and outside. Sat at the speaker for a few minutes without any response, there was a worker inside that did not say anything. Very unprofessional customer service.

Just keep driving straight do not pull in Tim Hortons this is got to be one of the worst locations you can go to. order made completely wrong went in there to ask to get it made right they just remade it wrong again didn't say a single word to me not sorry nothing the worst customer service if I was the general manager I would seriously rethink hiring a new team

I asked for Extra extra cream cheese and got barely any they also got my drink wrong at first
