Drove past my house on my service day without stopping.

My mother is not happy about the services she had received. The first order was delayed because not enough drivers and the second order was delayed because of a broken truck. I understand the last incident was foreseeable, however, they have her phone number and should have called instead of making an 84 year old wait 3 hours. She does not have an email. She was told they do not call people because they do not have man power to do so.

I want to say we have a new driver named Toni, she is absolutely wonderful. So sweet and kind, I hope she always stays our delivery person!!

I have placed the same order twice both times the order has not shown up! I called them twice today delivery time was 8 am until 11 am. It is now 4 PM and I am told they can send someone tomorrow this is a first time delivery, it's a joke company's shouldn't operate this way!!!!
