Little Caesars Pizza - Sylmar

I ordered my pizza over the phone and was told it would take 35 minutes. When I arrived, I noticed a manager counting coins and then going straight to the kitchen without washing his hands. I brought it to his attention, mentioning that he had moved from handling money to making pizzas without proper hygiene. When I asked for a refund, he insisted my pizza was ready. I explained that I didn’t want a refund; I was just concerned about the hygiene issue I had witnessed. He seemed eager to get me out of the restaurant. Honestly, this situation raises serious concerns about food safety. Cook at home, everyone; it’s clear that these people don’t care about their customers' well-being. And a tip for others: be aware of your surroundings and stay off your phones!

My son really enjoys the cheese pizza, and I'm quite satisfied with the pepper shakers and wings. The prices are reasonable, especially considering inflation; it's still a great value.

My experience at this Little Caesars was frustrating from the start due to the terrible parking situation. It was almost impossible to find a spot, and getting out of the parking lot was a hassle. Inside, the place was packed as usual, and with the temperature at 91°F outside, it felt quite hot inside as well. The only reason I chose this Little Caesars was because I was craving something quick to take home, and my son wanted pizza.

The only reason whybi is there 3 stars because it is always busy, people don't know where they wait for their pizza and they pick up your order when you come there late and need to ask for your order if they are not in the portal.

Wait about 20 minutes for them to answer the phone and nothing....tried calling back multiple times within 10 minutes and still nothing. The phone just rings rings rings and rings nobody picks up the phone. Finally I drove to the store and just tried to call with the phone in my pocket and when I went into the store the phone just rang nonstop. I wonder how many other people weren't able to get through since nobody bothered to care.
