Domino's Pizza - Sylmar

Customer service could have been better. csr seemed upset. custome4 service is missing. the product was good.

This restaurant review is less than 1 star, truly! It was the worst service I have ever received from a Dominos restaurant. It was a delivery order, and despite the Dominos dispatch tracker indicating my food would arrive at 8:45, it didn't arrive until 9:50. I tried calling the restaurant at 9:00 but received no answer. When I asked for a refund, I couldn't find any contact information. The delivery person had no explanation for being over 30 minutes late compared to the tracker. The food was cold or lukewarm, some items were missing. I will not be ordering from this place again and would advise others to look elsewhere.

Do not visit this restaurant unless you want to receive the wrong order three times and waste your money and time. The staff is extremely slow and careless with orders. The manager promised to correct the order by offering another pizza, but it still came out wrong. The management is terrible, and I would recommend going to Little Caesar's instead, where the service is reliable. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. There is actually a Shake Shack nearby.

I'm unable to place online orders with my usual restaurant, so I'll be heading to Sylmar instead, which is also really good.

Dominoes is always great pizza even if the employees are rude the pizza will be worth the wait I was just calling ahead of time for anything pretty much just so you won’t have to wait
