Wendy's - Sylmac

At 2 pm stood in line for 15 minutes while girl who was supposed to be at cash register did other stuff. Customer in front of me complained, and she walked off. Will NEVER go to this Wendy's again. Terrible service, I left without ordering.

I once ordered a salad without any meat and I received one full of bacon. When I asked them to remake it, they made snarky remarks in front of me. When is bacon ever considered a vegetable? The environment was definitely not welcoming whatsoever.

I had a lovely stand and wait to be noticed at the counter for six minutes. I knew someone was going to end up being a manager... she told another flunky to take my order. I was there at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast. No coffee cups, only small ones, was the quote. So then sell me a coffee in a small cup. They had no syrup for French Toast sticks. I wanted to try the croissant breakfast sandwich... McDonald's has those. It appeared that no one knew about the offering that I thought had now been available for two months. And who thought pumpkin spice frosty was a good idea?

The fries and frosty combo makes an amazing combo for a late night snake.

I decided to try this Wendy's again. Waited for 20 minutes after I ordered a Salad and baked potato. They came to my car and told me they did not have all the ingredients. Would I like something else?I said no, just my money back. Since i ordered through the App they had no idea how to refund my moneyLadt tome the food was cold and chili was obviously very old and burnt. DON'T go to THIS Wendy's.
