Chick-fil-a - Sylmac

Every time I get takeout from this restaurant, I walk in to find all eight employees standing around. I can clearly see my order sitting on the counter, yet they just look at me without acknowledging my presence, even though there are no other customers around. I end up waiting 5 to 10 minutes before having to ask them to hand me my order. This has happened before, and it’s frustrating. I’m baffled by how they can just stare at me without offering to help.

The food during most of my visits was either cold or overcooked. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.

I kindly request that you refrain from using too much salt in the food, particularly the French fries and breaded chicken fillet. I would greatly appreciate it! Service: Takeout Price per person: $10–20.

My drive thru order was very simple. A drink and a cobb salad- and there was no dressing! What a bummer. Service: Takeaway Service: 1
