Little Caesars Pizza - Sylacauga

It’s was really busy but I used to work at Little Ceasers in the same area a few years prior and I was a Shift leader just having that position was hard! Today I came through the drive thru and the new Store Manager took our order, she was so nice had the whole store under control which was amazing I saw some customers that were upset their order was taking a little extra time but she had everyone calm and collective and was right about the time! We pulled around and parked nd the wait time was just the right amount of time as she said and our food was perfect! Thank you so much we will be back soon!

I ordered one cheese, pepperoni, and Italian cheese bread. All items were fresh and tasted wonderful. The staff at this location was very friendly and nice

If a customer ask for a hot and ready and you say yes. Then take there money and tell them to pull around and wait. That defeats the hot and ready purpose.

The Sylacauga branch has only 1 or 2 people working and expect them to keep up with orders. That hot n ready pizza ain't hot n rwsdy it takes em 20 minutes to cook em the kiosk is always empty regardless of time of day.

I am so sick of them undercooking pizzas. The pepperoni pizzas have whole pieces with no pepperoni! Looks like laziness, it can’t be understaffing because there were at least 5 employees in there at the time. Every other time, the pizza is undercooked. I can’t even imagine trying to take this to one of the managers at this store. STOP UNDERCOOKING PIZZAS!!!
