The Wilmot - Sydney

The service is great, and while the prices are not cheap they are definitely very competitive compared with the other Mod Aus hotel establishments. The dishes are well portioned, with balanced flavours and textures. The venue feels spacious but the quiet ambiance enables a comfortable private evening dining experience.

What an absolutely amazing dinner experience! The food (which was also of a reasonable price) was exceptional. I had the mushroom and pumpkin gnocchi completely out of this world amazing! And had the barramundi as my main again, everything on the plate was of top quality and worked together very well. From the pre drinks up on level seven bar to the meal and to the post dinner coffee, this was a place to remember! P.S. Yan our server was amazing kind, caring and funny also. Thanks for everything!!

To stay in the hotel on the first morning. Buffet service made with irons to order. $39 per person, but can be reduced if they add to the reception room. to be honest after having dined to breakfast in other facilities, apart from ampersand. the farther away on the oxford street, the wilmot was worth the best with distance. considering that you can eat as much as you want for the same price as elsewhere. good food, choice and friendly, friendly staff.
